| Flex service is only $19.99 per 30 days of service after one-time purchase of a starter kit. The starter kit is $99.00 and includes a modem, which you will own, professional installation, plus the first 30 days of service. |
| How much will it cost? |

| At the end of your 30 days, or whenever you will need Internet service again, simply visit flex.shentel.com and use your debit or credit card to purchase another 30 days of service. You will also receive a bar code card and key fob which can be used to purchase more time at any participating Family Dollar. Or you can visit any Shentel store. |
| Can I skip months? |

| Sure. Once you are installed, you can purchase time whenever it's convenient for you. There is no penalty or reconnect fee. Buy it when you need it, and pay as you go. |
